To Those I Love and
Those Who Love Me
When I am gone, release me, let me go.
I have so many things to see and do.
You mustn’t tie yourself to me with tears,
Be happy that we had so many years.
I gave you my love, you can only guess
How much you gave to me in happiness.
I thank you for the love you have shown
But now it’s time I travel on alone.
So grieve awhile for me, if grieve you must
Then let your grief be comforted by trust.
It’s only for a little while that we must part,
So bless the memories within your heart.
I won’t be far away, for life goes on.
So if you need me, call and I will come.
Though you can’t see or touch me, I’ll be near.
And if you listen with your heart you’ll hear
All of my love around you soft and dear.
And then, when you must come this way alone
I’ll greet you with a smile and "Welcome Home."

If Only My Heart Could Speak
If only my heart could speak,
I wonder what it would say.
With my head bowed,
Would it cry out loud?
Oh please take this nightmare away!
If only my heart could speak,
Oh, what would it reveal?
Could it ever explain
The loneliness and pain ...
I try so hard to conceal?
If only my heart could speak,
Would anyone hear it cry?
For my child is gone.
And I'm all alone;
Still no answer to the "why".
I know my heart can speak.
I hear each time it weeps.
I lay awake at night;
Staring in the dim light.
And cry while the world sleeps.
Oh yes, my heart can speak.
It cries every single day.
And someday I'll understand
When we walk hand in hand ...
That's what I hear my heart say.

Oh Danny Boy
Oh Danny boy, the pipes, the pipes are calling
From glen to glen, and down the mountain side
The summer's gone, and all the flowers are dying
'Tis you, 'tis you must go and I must bide.
But come ye back when summer's in the meadow
Or when the valley's hushed and white with snow
'Tis I'll be here in sunshine or in shadow
Oh Danny boy, oh Danny boy, I love you so.
And if you come, when all the flowers are dying
And I am dead, as dead I well may be
You'll come and find the place where I am lying
And kneel and say an "Ave" there for me.
And I shall hear, tho' soft you tread above me
And all my dreams will warm and sweeter be
If you'll not fail to tell me that you love me
I'll simply sleep in peace until you come to me.
I'll simply sleep in peace until you come to me.

A tear at my death is like raindrops for the stars,
as I believe in life, not death.
I believe in the Kingdom of God,
and the promises in the Bible.
I believe that with God's will,
life shall go on.
Someday, you may catch a glimpse
of a butterfly landing on a flower.
Or a bird softly settling on a branch.
It may be me, stopping by to say His word is true.
As I am a part of God's Kingdom,
I did not die and neither shall you.
