Colossians 2:2,3 -- My purpose is that they may be encouraged in heart and united in love, so that they may have the full riches of complete understanding, in order that they may know the mystery of God, namely, Christ, In whom are hidden all the treasures of wisdom and knowledge. (NIV)

Are there many mysteries to be found within the Bible? Yes, there are many mysteries found all through the Bible within numerous scriptures. Who documented these recorded mysteries? The Bible was written by Holy men under the guidance of the Holy Spirit. If one believes that the Bible is the infallible word of the living God, then it has to be true, because God can not lie!

Titus 1:2 "A faith and knowledge resting on the hope of eternal life, which God, who does not lie, promised before the beginning of time." (NIV)

Unlike some of my brothers in Theology, I can not concur with their hypothesis, determinations or philosophies that aliens, visitations or even unexplainable experiences are either of the Devil or caused by Fallen Angels. To make a statement such as this, one would place his pride and his own beliefs (ego) that we (man) are the only intelligent creations within the vastness of space. Does not the Bible teach us in Genesis that God created the Heavens and the earth?

Genesis 1:1 "In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth" (NIV)

I can not accept nor can I honestly believe that Our Father in Heaven (The Creator of All Things) would only create life on this one small planet. Why would an awesome God confine his miricle of creation of life to just Earth? To speculate, believe or even teach such a thing would be placing bounderies (limitations) upon God (the Creator of All Things). God is the Alpha and the Omega (the beginning and the end). Who is man that we should place limitations upon God?

Revelation 1:8 "I am the Alpha and the Omega," says the Lord God, "who is, who was, and who is to come, the Almighty." (NIV)

Who is man to deny the mysteries of God? We as Christians must examine and explore the scriptures on a daily basis. We must allow the Holy Spirit to teach and guide us as we examine the scriptures in search for truth. God reveals himself to us if we allow the Holy Spirit to move freely and teach us. Within these next few pages we will be examining just a few of these mysteries of God as found documented within the Holy Scriptures.
