a windmill spins and from it's wings your name is thrown to the gales of time to turn, to twirl, to fly...

and so you are cast.... through dawns to dusks and numbered days reveal your fate, you have control to soar above an ocean's roll, a forest fire, a burrowing mole.

you have the chance to float upon the air and simply learn from all that moves you down below. and if you choose, your magic wanded wings can take you to an Eden in the sky where rainbows stretch to enfold you

and cream puff clouds will keep you fed and dry. Or you can drift to land's warm womb to feel a tumbleweed roll over your back or the cool sift of sand between your toes. And you may flutter from beach to sea skipping like an errant stone upon the tide to rest atop a wheeling wave and ride...until your breast is cooled your feet are rested....your tears

are dried.

a windmill spins and after you are tossed to the squalls of mornings, midnights, and years, you must climb and coast swirl and swoop while breezes are still there to guide you.

for when the wind ceases to whisk and whirl, and silence falls upon the land like a dying whisper,

the flight will be over, and all the flapping of your wings will not carry the sound.
