One dark night, I had a dream
Of a place filled with such beauty that I've never seen.
Oh how magnificent were the things of this place.
There were gold streets and walkways, and oh so much space!
The buildings were golden with jewels all around.
I could not believe I was walking this ground!
Many, many people were going to and fro;
And each of them had this joyous, bright glow.
There was singing, dancing, and clapping of hands;
Incredible happiness, man this place is grand!
I knew where I was without any doubt
This place is so beautiful, I never want out.
I looked for the Master hoping to be in His favor;
And as I spun all around, there was my Savior!
I've never seen such a glorious sight!
His face was beaming with magnificent light!
So much peace, so much joy, such a wonderful smile.
With arms held wide open He said "Come, my child."
Wow, what a hug; I could feel so much love
His clothes were silky and pure white like a dove!
I left this dream in His arms of care,
And thats where I'm going! Will I see YOU there?!
