WHO IS THIS WEB SITE FOR?
I am now a paid, full time,
pastor, but I do realize that there is a vast army of volunteer youth
workers on the battlefield of youth ministry. You aren't paid for your
service. You probably have another job. You don't have any formal
Christian training such as a college degree in ministry. And your time is
precious. You try to find time for work, family, worship, rest,
recreation, and ministry. This page is for you. Sure, anyone may use this
site to assist them in youth ministry, but it is designed to assist the
volunteer youth worker. Volunteer, you are essential! You are important!
You are just as important as the fulltime youth worker! You are an
instrument of God! Please feel free to make use of anything on this site.
Take it, reshape it, and use it for ministry. I just ask that you don't
sell it. And feel free to contact me and let me know what I can do to help
