My name is Dolores, but my friends and family call me Dee.
I was born and raised on a farm in the midwest, Iowa.
My family consisted of my parents, one brother, and five sisters.
I am a twin, and my sister lives in Maryland. We are identcal twins. And. yes, it is true.
We sound alike, think alike, and do things alike. My sister is not only my sister but also my best friend.
Growing up was a struggle. We were poor, and had no money, so it limited us on doing many of the things other kids were able to do.
I was very shy, and bashfull, and kind of like the person you would find in the corner looking on.
We went to Sunday school every Sunday. My mother and father made sure we had a good Christian background.
I made a decison to accept Jesus Christ as my personal saviour on October 28, 1956, and was baptized on July 6, 1958.
I love the Lord with all my heart. He is my best friend.
I am so blessed He loves me. It really humbles me when I think if I were the only person on this earth, Christ would have still died for me. That is so awesome. I am so thrilled I have such a wonderful relationship with Him.
I am marrried to a wonderful christian and besides being my husband, he is my best friend. We do everything togehter. We have been married for 32 years, sept. 11, a day we will never forget, a day which changed the life of this country forever.
We have two wonderful children, and their spouses,and four adorable grandchildren. My grandchildren are my life.
I would like to thank you for visiting this page. I trust it was a blessing to you. I would like to encourage you if you do not have a relationship with our Lord Jesus Christ, you accept Him as your personal saviour. He will take you places where you have never been.
John 3:16 says, "For God so loved the world that He gave His only son, that whosoever believes in Him, shall not perish, but have everlasting life."
