~ We are all children of the most High. ~

Psalm 82:6

The getting of treasures by a lying tongue is a
vanity tossed to and fro of them that seek death.
Proverbs 21:6

Ain't No Mountain High Enough

Sequencer Unknown

Would Jesus go to through all the suffering of the cross if God's promises were a lie?

Do we truly believe the entire Bible is the infallible word of God when we discount its application to the modern day church?

When Jesus said we could do the works he'd done and even more, did He really mean just some of them?

When authority gets heart service but God gets lip service, have leaders become our gods?

Jesus respected authority, but who did He bow to?

If we don't know how to do the works Jesus did, isn't he the best one to learn from?

When we omit consideration of one's heart, have we become a better judge than God?

When all Satan has power to do is to roar, why do we let him devour us?

Have we forgotten who is KING?

Have we forgotten whose we are as children of the KING?

The Christian
"Who We Are"

divider

We are a Royal Priesthood,
An heir to the Holy kingdom,
A child of the most High;
Citizens of a world yet to come.

We are anointed unto holiness,
Messengers of His Holy word,
Appointed to a ministry of prayer;
Abiding in what we have heard.

We are set aside,
Seekers of His perfect will,
A vessel of the Holy Spirit;
A cup eager to find its fill.

A soldier of the cross,
Honest, steadfast, and true,
The patient listener to the lonely;
A visionary, through and through ...

A hand to help the fallen,
An encourager to the down cast,
A voice crying in the wilderness;
Faithful from the first unto the last ...

The respite to the weary,
A safe harbor to the torn and tossed,
A tender heart for the less fortunate;
Willing to follow, no matter what the cost.

We are a light to a dark world,
A beacon set high above the shore.
We are the salt and spice;
The map to heaven's door.

We are bought with a price,
Reborn into the family of God,
Missionaries in our neighborhoods;
With our feet with the Gospel shod.

We are called to be always just,
To see the world with a Godly view,
To be His hands extended;
To follow Him in all that we do.

We lean not to our own understanding.
We shall live by His word.
With faith in His leading,
Our hearts, by His Spirit, is now stirred.

We have been chosen and sealed;
Covered by His blood unto salvation.
We are the ministers of a Higher God,
As we pray for this mighty nation.

Let the Light of Jesus Burn

divider

Let the light of Jesus shine and beam.
In your heart, it will flicker and gleam.
He is the one that came and stayed deep within.
He was the One who saved you from sin.

Never let anything put out that spark.
He rescued you from the dark.
Burdens come and they overflow.
Burn that light forever and it's sure to glow.

Brightly beams our Father's mercy,
From His light house ever more.
To us He gives the keeping
Of the lights along the shore.

Let the lower lights be burning.
Send a gleam across the way.
Only then, you can say that
Jesus Christ lives in your heart, today.
