~ A Poet's Heart ~
From inside a poet's heart,
words flow freely as if angels were
directing us from the father above;
guiding our hands with those captured
words written down on paper, with love.
From inside a poet's heart,
we can travel down the pathway of time
recalling old memories as we write down each line;
Bygone days, that we hold so dear ~ seems
hard, sometimes, to hold back the tears.
From inside a poet's heart,
we feel blessed. For it is a part of God's plan
to always be found with pen in hand.
Inside of our hearts, Lord, let there
always be a need to write cherished
poems for your people to read.

Let all the earth fear the Lord: let all the
inhabitants of the world stand in awe of him.
