There is one God, and
one mediator between God and men,
the man Christ Jesus; Who gave himself
a ransom for all, to be testified ...

Come, Live in the Light
Sequencer unknown
As long as I am in the world, I am the light of the world. I will open my mouth in parables; I will utter things which have been kept secret from the foundation of the world.
Peace I leave with you, my peace I give unto you: not as the world giveth, give I unto you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid. I am come a light into the world, that whosoever believeth on me should not abide in darkness. And if any man hear my words, and believe not, I judge him not: for I came not to judge the world, but to save the world.
The field is the world; the good seed are the children of the kingdom; the harvest is the end of the world; and the reapers are the angels. I am the light of the world: he that followeth me shall not walk in darkness, but shall have the light of life.
The Father judgeth no man, but hath committed all judgment unto the Son: That all men should honour the Son, even as they honour the Father. But that the world may know that I love the Father; and as the Father gave me commandment, even so I do. For God hath concluded them all in unbelief, that he might have mercy upon all.
He that honoureth not the Son honoureth not the Father which hath sent him.
Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature. Say among the heathen that the Lord reigneth: the world also shall be established that it shall not be moved: he shall judge the people righteously.
And what shall it profit a man, if he shall gain the whole world, and lose his own soul? He shall receive an hundredfold now in this time, houses, and brethren, and sisters, and mothers, and children, and lands, with persecutions; and in the world to come eternal life.
I am the living bread which came down from heaven: if any man eat of this bread, he shall live for ever: and the bread that I will give is my flesh, which I will give for the life of the world.

He raiseth up the poor out of the dust, and lifteth up the beggar from the dunghill, to set them among princes, and to make them inherit the throne of glory: for the pillars of the earth are the Lord's, and he hath set the world upon them.
Fear before him, all the earth: the world also shall be stable, that it be not moved.
Who hath given him a charge over the earth? or who hath disposed the whole world? It is turned round about by his counsels: that they may do whatsoever he commandeth them upon the face of the world in the earth. And he shall judge the world in righteousness, he shall minister judgment to the people in uprightness.
From men which are thy hand, O Lord, from men of the world, which have their portion in this life, and whose belly thou fillest with thy hid treasure: they are full of children, and leave the rest of their substance to their babes. Their line is gone out through all the earth, and their words to the end of the world. In them hath he set a tabernacle for the sun.
All the ends of the world shall remember and turn unto the Lord: and all the kindreds of the nations shall worship before thee.
The earth is the Lord's, and the fulness thereof; the world, and they that dwell therein. Let all the earth fear the Lord: let all the inhabitants of the world stand in awe of him.
Hear this, all ye people; give ear, all ye inhabitants of the world: The heavens are thine, the earth also is thine: as for the world and the fulness thereof, thou hast founded them.
Before the mountains were brought forth, or ever thou hadst formed the earth and the world, even from everlasting to everlasting, thou art God. The Lord reigneth, he is clothed with majesty; the Lord is clothed with strength, wherewith he hath girded himself: the world also is stablished, that it cannot be moved.
His lightnings enlightened the world: the earth saw, and trembled.
O sing unto the Lord a new song; for he hath done marvellous things: his right hand, and his holy arm, hath gotten him the victory. The Lord hath made known his salvation: his righteousness hath he openly shewed in the sight of the heathen. He hath remembered his mercy and his truth toward the house of Israel: all the ends of the earth have seen the salvation of our God.
Make a joyful noise unto the Lord, all the earth: make a loud noise, and rejoice, and sing praise. Sing unto the Lord with the harp; with the harp, and the voice of a psalm. With trumpets and sound of cornet make a joyful noise before the Lord, the King. Let the sea roar, and the fulness thereof; the world, and they that dwell therein. Let the floods clap their hands: let the hills be joyful together Before the Lord; for he cometh to judge the earth: with righteousness shall he judge the world, and the people with equity.
Unto you, O men, I call; and my voice is to the sons of man. O ye simple, understand wisdom: and, ye fools, be ye of an understanding heart. Hear; for I will speak of excellent things; and the opening of my lips shall be right things. For my mouth shall speak truth; and wickedness is an abomination to my lips. All the words of my mouth are in righteousness; there is nothing froward or perverse in them. They are all plain to him that understandeth, and right to them that find knowledge.
Receive my instruction, and not silver; and knowledge rather than choice gold. For wisdom is better than rubies; and all the things that may be desired are not to be compared to it.
I wisdom dwell with prudence, and find out knowledge of witty inventions. The fear of the Lord is to hate evil: pride, and arrogancy, and the evil way, and the froward mouth, do I hate. Counsel is mine, and sound wisdom: I am understanding; I have strength. By me kings reign, and princes decree justice. By me princes rule, and nobles, even all the judges of the earth. I love them that love me; and those that seek me early shall find me.
Riches and honour are with me; yea, durable riches and righteousness. My fruit is better than gold, yea, than fine gold; and my revenue than choice silver. I lead in the way of righteousness, in the midst of the paths of judgment: That I may cause those that love me to inherit substance; and I will fill their treasures.
The Lord possessed me in the beginning of his way, before his works of old. I was set up from everlasting, from the beginning, or ever the earth was. When there were no depths, I was brought forth; when there were no fountains abounding with water. Before the mountains were settled, before the hills was I brought forth: While as yet he had not made the earth, nor the fields, nor the highest part of the dust of the world.
When he prepared the heavens, I was there: when he set a compass upon the face of the depth: When he established the clouds above: when he strengthened the fountains of the deep: When he gave to the sea his decree, that the waters should not pass his commandment: when he appointed the foundations of the earth: Then I was by him, as one brought up with him: and I was daily his delight, rejoicing always before him; Rejoicing in the habitable part of his earth; and my delights were with the sons of men.
Now therefore hearken unto me, O ye children: for blessed are they that keep my ways. Hear instruction, and be wise, and refuse it not. Blessed is the man that heareth me, watching daily at my gates, waiting at the posts of my doors. For whoso findeth me findeth life, and shall obtain favour of the Lord.
He hath made every thing beautiful in his time. All ye inhabitants of the world, and dwellers on the earth, see ye, when he lifteth up an ensign on the mountains; and when he bloweth a trumpet, hear ye.
With my soul have I desired thee in the night; yea, with my spirit within me will I seek thee early: for when thy judgments are in the earth, the inhabitants of the world will learn righteousness. He shall cause them that come of Jacob to take root: Israel shall blossom and bud, and fill the face of the world with fruit.
Come near, ye nations, to hear; and hearken, ye people: let the earth hear, and all that is therein; the world, and all things that come forth of it. Israel shall be saved in the Lord with an everlasting salvation: ye shall not be ashamed nor confounded world without end.
Behold, the Lord hath proclaimed unto the end of the world, Say ye to the daughter of Zion, Behold, thy salvation cometh; behold, his reward is with him, and his work before him. For since the beginning of the world men have not heard, nor perceived by the ear, neither hath the eye seen, O God, beside thee, what he hath prepared for him that waiteth for him.
He hath made the earth by his power, he hath established the world by his wisdom, and hath stretched out the heavens by his discretion. And all the kings of the north, far and near, one with another, and all the kingdoms of the world, which are upon the face of the earth: and the king of Sheshach shall drink after them.

The next day John seeth Jesus coming unto him, and saith, Behold the Lamb of God, which taketh away the sin of the world. For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved.
That was the true Light, which lighteth every man that cometh into the world. He was in the world, and the world was made by him, and the world knew him not; As he spake by the mouth of his holy prophets, which have been since the world began.
Then those men, when they had seen the miracle that Jesus did, said, This is of a truth that prophet that should come into the world. For the bread of God is he which cometh down from heaven, and giveth life unto the world. And others said, Now we believe, not because of thy saying: for we have heard him ourselves, and know that this is indeed the Christ, the Saviour of the world.
Since the world began was it not heard that any man opened the eyes of one that was born blind.
And Jesus said, For judgment I am come into this world, that they which see not might see; and that they which see might be made blind. If any man walk in the day, he stumbleth not, because he seeth the light of this world.
And another said, Yea, Lord: I believe that thou art the Christ, the Son of God, which should come into the world.
As thou hast sent me into the world, even so have I also sent them into the world. That they all may be one; as thou, Father, art in me, and I in thee, that they also may be one in us: that the world may believe that thou hast sent me. And to this end was I born, and for this cause came I into the world, that I should bear witness unto the truth. Every one that is of the truth heareth my voice.
And there are also many other things which Jesus did, the which, if they should be written every one, I suppose that even the world itself could not contain the books that should be written. Amen. Whom the heaven must receive until the times of restitution of all things, which God hath spoken by the mouth of all his holy prophets since the world began.

For this cause I Paul, the prisoner of Jesus Christ for you Gentiles, If ye have heard of the dispensation of the grace of God which is given me to youward: How that by revelation he made known unto me the mystery; (as I wrote afore in few words, Whereby, when ye read, ye may understand my knowledge in the mystery of Christ, Which in other ages was not made known unto the sons of men, as it is now revealed unto his holy apostles and prophets by the Spirit; That the Gentiles should be fellowheirs, and of the same body, and partakers of his promise in Christ by the gospel: For the invisible things of him from the creation of the world are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even his eternal power and Godhead; so that they are without excuse: For the promise, that he should be the heir of the world, was not to Abraham, or to his seed, through the law, but through the righteousness of faith.
Now we have received, not the spirit of the world, but the spirit which is of God; that we might know the things that are freely given to us of God.
Let no man deceive himself. If any man among you seemeth to be wise in this world, let him become a fool, that he may be wise. For the wisdom of this world is foolishness with God. For it is written, He taketh the wise in their own craftiness.
Now all these things happened unto them for ensamples: and they are written for our admonition, upon whom the ends of the world are come.
But when we are judged, we are chastened of the Lord, that we should not be condemned with the world. To wit, that God was in Christ, reconciling the world unto himself, not imputing their trespasses unto them; and hath committed unto us the word of reconciliation. Who gave himself for our sins, that he might deliver us from this present evil world, according to the will of God and our Father: According as he hath chosen us in him before the foundation of the world, that we should be holy and without blame before him in love: And to make all men see what is the fellowship of the mystery, which from the beginning of the world hath been hid in God, who created all things by Jesus Christ: Unto him be glory in the church by Christ Jesus throughout all ages, world without end. Amen.
And without controversy great is the mystery of godliness: God was manifest in the flesh, justified in the Spirit, seen of angels, preached unto the Gentiles, believed on in the world, received up into glory. For we brought nothing into this world, and it is certain we can carry nothing out.
Charge them that are rich in this world, that they be not highminded, nor trust in uncertain riches, but in the living God, who giveth us richly all things to enjoy; Who hath saved us, and called us with an holy calling, not according to our works, but according to his own purpose and grace, which was given us in Christ Jesus before the world began, In hope of eternal life, which God, that cannot lie, promised before the world began; And he is the propitiation for our sins: and not for ours only, but also for the sins of the whole world.
In this was manifested the love of God toward us, because that God sent his only begotten Son into the world, that we might live through him. And we have seen and do testify that the Father sent the Son to be the Saviour of the world.
It is also written in your law, that
the testimony of two men is true.
John 8:17
The Levites shall pitch round about the tabernacle of testimony,
that there be no wrath upon the congregation of the children of Israel:
and the Levites shall keep the charge of the tabernacle of testimony.
Numbers 1:53
~ He is Coming ~
The church pews were empty
Yet, faintly, you could hear
The choirs of angels filling the air,
Announcing the arrival
As the Lord came near.
And in just one moment,
A twinkling in time ...
He came down from heaven
With tears in his eyes.
Through the empty church
He walked slowly,
Looking about with such care;
With such pain in his spirit ...
Because we were not there.
Yet, the voices of angels
Permeated the winds,
Drawing us closer;
Inviting us in.
Hypnotic, Majestic,
The Lord has arrived.
Draw near to your Father;
Come sit by his side.
Slowly, we drew closer
To the church with shut doors
And filled pews once empty;
Now, close to our Lord.
As our eyes beheld him
And our voice one, with angels above;
In rapture our Father lifted us
For this is His Love.
Yes, hypnotic, majestic,
The Lord has arrived.
Draw near to your Father;
Come live by his side.
