In our neighborhood, it was common for third shift parents to sleep during the day while children were left unattended. So, we welcomed little ones to play at our house, provided they follow two rules: 1.) watch their mouth and 2.) treat each other right. And for the gratefulness of having a place to belong, I never had to lay down rules but once.
Though, by the time teens were our visitors, if they so much as mentioned the name 'God', I'd welcome them to discuss Him, if they liked; and incase they had any questions, I'd offer to help answer those, too. But, if they weren't ready to discuss or share about God, I'd suggest they wait to bring up His name when they were.
As a result, it became common practice for my eldest to warn new friends, before they came through our door, to clean up their mouth or squirm at mom's response ... and they did! And, they enjoyed their visit so much they didn't seem to mind holding their tongue, either.
Now, if this only worked for adults! Though, I'd really rather share about my God.

I Just Want to Praise You
Sequencer Unknown
The Lord is my rock, and my fortress, and my deliverer; my God, my strength, in whom I will trust; my buckler, and the horn of my salvation, and my high tower.
O Lord my God, I will give thanks unto thee for ever. For in thee, O Lord, do I hope: thou wilt hear, O Lord my God.
Many, O Lord my God, are thy wonderful works which thou hast done, and thy thoughts which are to us-ward: they cannot be reckoned up in order unto thee: if I would declare and speak of them, they are more than can be numbered.
I delight to do thy will, O my God: yea, thy law is within my heart. I will also praise thee with the psaltery, even thy truth, O my God: unto thee will I sing with the harp, O thou Holy One of Israel.
Yea, the sparrow hath found an house, and the swallow a nest for herself, where she may lay her young, even thine altars, O Lord of hosts, my King, and my God. For a day in thy courts is better than a thousand. I had rather be a doorkeeper in the house of my God, than to dwell in the tents of wickedness.
I will praise thee, O Lord my God, with all my heart: and I will glorify thy name for evermore. I will say of the Lord, He is my refuge and my fortress: my God; in him will I trust.
Bless the Lord, O my soul. O Lord my God, thou art very great; thou art clothed with honour and majesty.
I will sing unto the Lord as long as I live: I will sing praise to my God while I have my being.
Thou art my God, and I will praise thee: thou art my God, I will exalt thee. I will extol thee, my God, O king; and I will bless thy name for ever and ever. While I live will I praise the Lord: I will sing praises unto my God while I have any being.
O Lord, thou art my God; I will exalt thee, I will praise thy name; for thou hast done wonderful things; thy counsels of old are faithfulness and truth. Therefore I will look unto the Lord; I will wait for the God of my salvation: my God will hear me ... and he will hear you, too.
