    We all search for that deep warmth of spiritual peace.

    The ways of man can never arrive at ultimate peace. It is a selfish idea of living our lives as we want. A blind path to destruction and hopelessness.

    We have faith in God, who alone is our Light and Salvation. A river of peace overflows our life as we follow where He leads us. This is the simple truth that God offered Adam and Eve. Our Heavenly Father wants all of His creation to be at peace. The Creator of all things loves mankind and holds the map to everlasting happiness. All that is required of us is to follow his directions.

    It is as simple as that.

    "And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus." Phillipians 4:7

    When we consciously realize that the light of God surrounds us at all times, wherever we are, whatever we are doing, it takes away the fear and insecurity and lets us realize the truth of God's presence with us every waking and sleeping moment. His light shines on the godly, and He gives joy to those who do right. There is no greater peace then knowing whether we live or die we are Christ's.

    Our joy is fulfilled in our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ.

    We are led to a quiet place of peaceful waters. The strife of life is forgotten in His presence. Our hearts are renewed as we walk there. Though the path ahead is strewn with rocks and other obstacles we will not fear. Faith in our Lord guides us through them, the Light of his countenance bathing us is peace.

    What a comforting peaceful knowledge, to know that we belong to the victorious army of God. We can take a quiet moment anywhere we are and enclose our self with the armor of God.

    "Peace I leave with you, my peace I give unto you: not as the world giveth, give I unto you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid."
    John 14:27

    Though all our family and friends would forsake us, yet we would live beneath your wings, Lord. There our spirit finds rest from the tempest and trials. You enclose our path with walls of salvation and a wellspring of peace. Let us abide there, Lord, till the storms be past and the darkness disappears in the radiance of your Light. Then shall we mount up like an eagle, and ride on the winds of your everlasting Love. Peace shall be our companion and, and joy our guide.

    Blessed be the name of God our Lord, who crowns us with Love and mercy.
