BE THANKFUL
Dear Lord you taught us how to pray,
While walking in the narrow way;
You are our guide and we are glad,
The dearest friend we've ever had.
You've tuned our voice that we may sing
The songs of praises to your name,
You gave us strength and armour too
That we may sing and worship you.
May we have faith and never fear
And feel your presence always near;
Hold to our hands our dearest friend,
Give more grace until the end.
Tarry with us oh dear Savior
For we need thee every day;
Paths of sin were so inviting
Until we found the narrow way.
