Little Girl Scared

Little girl all alone,
Have you run away from home,
To afraid to stay there,
Tears of sorrow everywhere,

Out there in a great big world,
What will happen to this girl,
Will she stumble, will she fall,
Does she realise at all,

Through the many years she’s grown,
Many tears her heart has known,
Now she gets down on her knees,
Prays to God, to help her please,

For she knows not what to do,
She has no one to see her through,
For all her hurts she cannot heal,
For the pain is all too real,

She does not feel anything,
Emptiness is all she brings,
Her little heart is sadly broken,
All she carries are bruises as a token.
