Gladys is our sister who looked for her
birth family for 31 years. We were separated in 1941 and after she
married, she searched so long and hard for us. I remember the call
from the Children's welfare called and said my sister Gladys House was
looking for us and she wanted my consent to give her my phone number and
address. How can you refuse anyone who has been searching for you for so
long. I am so glad that God brought us back together because I love Gladys
very much even though I haven't known her accept after we met again at our
reunion. I feel within my heart a kindred spirit and I indeed think of her
as my sister. We have many ways alike. We giggle alike. We both have
dimples. |
