Have You Ever?



Have you ever felt that you had done your best
and all that you could do,
Only to have it said,"Give a hand, that is what
you need to do!"



Have you ever cried until you felt that you could
cry no more,
and no one seemed to care and hurt
you to the core?



Have you ever wished that you could feel
that someone cared
and yet, it seemed the more you tried
the more you were defied?



Have you ever in your pity stopped
and wondered why
God gave His son to save you,
when all you do is cry?



Have you ever stopped and thought
about how God must really feel
when He sees us down here crying
and acting like a heel?



Have you ever stopped and given thought
to what good you are to Him,
when others can not see your light shine
or either appearing very dim?



So wipe your eyes and dry those tears
and on Him completely rely.
He is all that matters
so stop wondering why.



He loves you like no other
and wants you to trust in Him
He gave His life to save you
and waits for you on high.



In the mean time,
quit your wondering and questioning why
Let your light shine for Jesus
and He will give you answers, in the sweet by and by.
