Faithful Families
Let Love Be Without Dissimulation
Abhor That Which Is Evil;
Cleave To That Which Is Good.
Be Kindly Affectioned One To
Another With Brotherly Love;
In Honor Preferring One Another
(Romans 9:9-10)
Faithful family members hold one another in reverence
to honor the Owner of all families. As He is for us,
we're devoted to being there and being for one another.
*Faithful families have God at the center.
Has your family been revolving around something
other than Him? If so, confess it in prayer then
agree to place God at the center!
*Faithful families...
*Pay attention to one another.
(Self-absorbed people can only pay
attention to themselves.)
Bless one another.
(Focus more on responibilities
than rights!)
Intend to have fun.
(Playing together restores and
energizes us!)
Serve God together.
(What church/community service project
can we share together?)
What adjustments does God want you to make in these
(or other) areas in order for your family
to be faithful?)
*Pray for your family members daily!
*Ask God to show you how you can contribute
to faithfulness in your family!
*Be a faithful family member!
Outdo one another in showing honor!
*Read and study (Romans 12:9-13)
*Put Christ first and all else will
fall into place, according to His will!
